- The most frequent question I get asked is how to be in the in crowd. Below I will share with you the answer to this question.
To be in the “in crowd” there is no magic pill. What you MUST do is be an ALPHA MALE and a social person . I outline exactly how to do so below. Before we get to that I want to make sure you know that this is a lifestyle change and not something you merely say or do.
What is an alpha male? – The term has its roots in the animal world and is used to describe the leader in a community. I’m sure in your social circle you can identify a few alpha males.
What are the qualities that they possess that make them an “alpha male”?
Attitudes of an alpha male:
1) I have the most swagger in the world
- Alpha males have unshakeable confidence and believe they are the coolest person on the earth. This belief reflects in their actions. Your outer world is a reflection of your inner world so if you walk around with the belief you have the most swagger in the world it will show on the outside.
2) I don’t try to impress or put down others
- Trying to impress people is one of the worst things you can do if you want to be in the in crowd. People who try to impress others have an inner belief that they aren’t as cool the people they are trying to impress. People pick up on this and see it as a sign of low self confidence. The same logic applies to putting down others. The reason why people make fun of others is to try to look superior in a group of people. This is due to a lack of self confidence. Real alpha males never try to impress or put others down, they get their confidence and validation from within.
3) I validate myself from within and I don’t care what anyone thinks of me
- Alpha males get their validation and confidence from within, they don’t look to other people or the environment to give them a sense of validation. This is key if you want to be in the in crowd. People want to be around someone who is confident and gives them value. The biggest turnoff is an unconfident person who takes value from you.
You now have an idea of a few attitudes necessary to be in the in crowd. I will now outline a few behaviors that will help you in become a more social person.
Behaviours that are necessary to be in the in crowd:
1) Be a social person make as many friends as possible
- If you want to know how to be in the in crowd one of the best tips I can give you is to make friends with everyone. Make being a social person a part of your very nature. This seems pretty self explanatory but I can’t stress it enough. Make friends with everyone. Don’t judge people, and be friendly with everyone.
2) Try to genuinely understand other people
- Everyone seeks a sense of importance and wants to be understood. Instead of constantly trying to be understood you must first seek to understand the other person. Studies have shown that the best communicators are good listeners. If you want other people to genuinely like you it’s essential to become a good listener.
3) Think Win/Win in all situations
- The philosophy of a win/win mentality is that both people in an interaction win. Most people want to get there way no matter what even if its at the expense of the other person. To develop long lasting and successful relationships you must adopt a win/win attitude.

This is so true. If you are fully confident with yourself than people will love you for it. In addition no one likes people that try to impress people or put down people. Simply avoiding those two things is crucial. And instead trying to make people feel good.
